Hi Everyone
I have just joined the forum. i have just had the worst day this year when my hosting service told me that all of my sites (about 15 of them) have now been erased and I will have to set up all my email account, subdomains, parked domains and databses becasue they had a problem. VodaHost would have to be one of the worst services I have ever used and i have used about 50 different services.
What did they say? 'Sorry For The Inconvenience'!!! HO HO HO! It will now cost me over $500 in income per week until I can get my sites back up and running, not to mention to loss of search engine ranking in the meanwhile.
If you are looking for a reliable hosting service I would suggest that you AVOID VODAHOST SERVICES
Anyway if someone can tell me a reliable hosting service with reseller options built in it would be appreciated. I prefer CPanel over other consoles.

Why do they erase your data? Could it be billing issue or something?

That's bad...Does your hosting have back up drive? If yes, they should be able to restore your accounts back. Hope you can move on to a new hosting...Good luck

Well my advice would be to move ASAP!!!
Im curious if they ever had an explanation as to what actually happened to all your data?
You have plenty of options since the hosting market is sooo overly saturated.
I would encourage you though to email a few providers and send some pre-sales questions to them. Do a search on google.com and also webhostingtalk.com to search for feedback.
