Freeparking is pleased to announce the launch of their SMS Alert service. With Freeparking SMS Alerts customers are notified via an SMS Text Message as soon as emails that they have specified as important arrive at the Freeparking mail servers.

Customers can now know instantly when an order has been placed or when an important new customer needs them. Now customers can be automatically alerted by a Freeparking SMS Alert message to their mobile phone within seconds of that important email being received and they have total control over which emails are important.

Customers simply specify which email sender/s, email subject keywords and/or which email message keywords we look for. This is called an SMS Alert Profile.
When the system finds an email which matches the customer’s SMS Alert Profile, it sends them an SMS Alert to the mobile phone number they’ve specified, the customer can even specify what information we send via the SMS Alert message.
