Hello,
I just want to get some peoples opinions about Inverseflow Helpdesk system. Like, does your company use it? If so, do you find it reliable and is it worth the money? $264 at the moment is a little steep for me, but I'm willing to pay for it if it really is worth its weight in gold.

I've also found alternate help desks but this one looks very promising.

Thanks for your feedback as I'm cu

Hello,

Honestly if you ask me, i would say that you rather go in for cerberus help desk system, this is what we use and its working scheme is pretty nice.

To be honest, $260 is way too much for any live-help script. It should be about $20 - $60.
Even vBulletin is a way more-supported/complex/hard-to-code script/more-features script and it costs $160.

You should purchase a different script.

I strongly suggest you to look into http://www.kayako.com/. I've heard so many positive feedbacks about them.

Price is reasonable and great web help desk integration.

Just my two cents

Go for kayako or cerebrus

cerberus help desk had a free version but limit to 1 email address. Kayako is good for the price you pay as well.
