Does anybody know of a hosting company that would be able to supply me with an unmetered 10 Mbps connection (or at least 10000GB/month) and about 200-255 IPs for use with one server? I would need the server to be around a P4 2.4-3 ghz class machine with 1 GB of ram and run Linux. The IPs would need to be cheap and I would prefer to not have the host be in the US, Canada or UK.

Any decent DC would be able to supply you with 10k GB of BW and 200 IPs, If you don't normally find that on their website, simply shoot them an email for a custom quote.

What is your budget like? You can get a managed P-IV 2.4Ghz server with unmetered 10mbps, 1GB RAM, Cpanel, with Backup. All the package is around $485/mo. Additional IP is approximately $2.5/mo per IP.
