Maybe you can try this link for the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Bureau of Consumer Protection report form:

Hope this helps.
Cheers!

What country are you in and what country is the register in? Sometimes these shops aren't in the most business friendly countries and good luck trying to get your money back in those cases.

You might want to contact your card company or bank to issue a chargeback.

Yes I would certainly agree with this if you paid with a credit card. They're usually very good at getting your money back if you've been ripped off online.

I would never register a domain from a unknown source... Would always do research first before purchasing...
I start bycall your credit card company first .

Same problem happened to me when registering a domain name with europeregistry. They registered a domain name for us but they registered it on their name and they do not want to transfer it. I was contacted by one of their other companies eurodns and they told me to get prepared to pay some more money for the transfer but since that moment I can no more answers to my emails
The problem is that I do not want my money back but I want the domain name! What they are doing is fraud
Can anyone help with similar problems? I am sure that if there are more with similar problems taking legal actions we would solve our problems

If they are ICANN Accredited Registrars you may be able to complain to ICANN. Otherwise you may have to see if they are resellers for some accredited registrars.

I would be contacting the credit card company now. Sometimes claims can take awhile and you want to get the ball rolling. Do some research on the company and see if you can find anything else to present to ICANN.

Let us know what happens. Charge back the amount and report the company to the appropriate government entity. Also, did you check if they are even ICANN accredited? If so report them to ICANN. You should not try to deal with the company if you have already tried and are sure that it is fraud. Be sure to collect any evidence you may have.
