I used to be one of 123instanthost (instantwebsitedesign.net) member few months ago but there service is really poor. they will reply to your emails fast and all for the first month but after the first month they don't care about you. and if you keep emailing them asking for help or trying find out why your site is down they will tell you to stop bothering them and if you dont' like the service you can cancel your account without no refund because our money back policy was for 30 days only. I was so shocked that i was like forget it and never worried about my refund and found another host. I also told my friend not to use them but for some reason her hard headed self did now they are down for 2 days now and when she keep emailing them they never reply sometimes when there page is down and you email them they will reply to your emailing telling you there was not problem they just checked making you look all bad and stupid towards them i bet they be laughing sometimes. These peoples are fraud so please do not use them

Instant? Instant hosting? Power outages, car recks, etc. they are instant, but I don't know about hosting.
