Dos someone knows is some company is doing some VPS reselling?
Would like to Sign for it.

I am not sure a solution like this exists, simply because of the nature of VPS, I could be wrong though. I glanced at google for VPS resellers and I didnt see anything that poped out at me.

Hello, I have sent you a PM containing VPS reseller options.

Please if you take anything from this... STAY AWAY FROM INTEGRITY HOST!
I changed from 3ix to Integrity Host in February 2007 to so I can start offering hosting. I signed up for a reseller plan but they offer individual plans as well.
They definitely aren't the cheapest; but I was thinking of the saying, "you get what you pay for." Totally untrue in this case.
The service went down sporadically. When I used serviceuptime.com for my uptime monitor, it dropped to 95% after 2 months. 95% is wretched in the hosting industry. In addition, it was extremely slow! The email only worked intermittently, was up one minute down the next, up, down, up, down, you get the point.
Please, for your own good, stay away from Integrity Host at all cost!

VPS Resellers will be much like Dedicated Server resellers and you will probably need to contact the provider to find out who offers the service.
Along with this you should plan on adding value to your service in some way to give custoemrs a reason to purchase form you and not direct.

A good way to proceed is to find a host that offers both Dedicated Servers and VPS. You didn't specify what virtualization you prefer but many will offer Virtuozzo, OpenVZ, or a Xen. You can lease a dedicated server and inquire about setting it up for VPS. It's not uncommon.
If you prefer Virtuozzo, depending on the number of virtual environments you are looking to host on a single node, the cost of the licenses are not too steep.
