No, it is not correct. I am frequently getting requests to upgrade the web space. I checked the log and found out that many customers have consumed full space and emails are bouncing back.

If someone is asking 1GB space and utilising even 5Mb then it is foolish. Many peoiple will start with 5MB/10 MB and wil gradually increase the web space.

Regarding bandwidth, It is fluctuating every month. If an auto-recap unmetered bandwidth system is introduced, this will fix the wastage of bandwidth
