I am going to create a international website using gisol.com as the webhost. I would like to get some opinions from any current users of that webhost. Is its connection speed good enough for a global website with high traffic? Any pros and cons? Or any other good webhosts that you might recommend? (Preferrable high storage space like >10G)

I highly suggest you research gisol before deciding.
A quick search at webhostingtalk.com produces a lot of feedback. You will have to sort through the threads to read:

This is advisable to do for any host you may be looking at.

I've not heard much about them but the reviews at webhosting talk and sitepoint may halp you a lot to know about the host in there downtime, support, service.

Yeah,

15 Gb space and Unlimited bandwidth. What to sya. Just think about how big is a average hard drive. Let's say 400 GB. if a shared host place more than 30 15 gigs hosting accounts on the the hard drive. It means it oversells. I will not comment unlimited bandwidth at all.

Please note I'm not saying that this web host is not good! I'm saying the pricing is not fair and it misleads potential customers.
