Hello everyone!
I'm thinking about starting up a blog and photo gallery for family use. Someone recommended Lunarpages and I was wondering what everyone thought about them.
The offer for the Coffeecup software is looking very appealing to me however I want to make sure that this hosting company is top of the line and isn't going to be offline for a matter of days at a time.
Thanks in advance to everyone who responds and gives their opinion.

I've never personally dealt with lunarpages, but they've been in the business for a while, so I don't think you need to worry about their existence.
Well... choosing a hosting company is all about preference. I prefer hosting with excellent uptime, friendly supports, good price.
Good luck

masshost.net
It should be good service. They seem to get good reviews and coupled with CoffeCup it should make designing quite simple.
autoecart
I know a few sites which are hosted with them and the owners all seem to be satisfied with their service.
BannersWorld
They seems to be doing well! Didn't hear any bad comments yet.
alemcherry
Heard mixed opinions about them. I guess hostgator would be better.

Since the OP hasnt responded back to this thread he may not be needing feedback any longer since this was from August BUT you can find plenty of feedback on Lunarpages at webhostingtalk.com
Good Luck.

lunarpages is good.
hostgator is not bad, some said its better... far better

Not sure. I have not heard much about either. Lunarpages is ok and HostGator is okish too... But I learned recently that they use rented servers from The Planet... Far cry away from their "owned servers" that they claim. I would prob take Lunar over HostGator.

I've not used them, but I've heard they ar OK. I use HostGator for now, and they're OK also.
