I've been having a terrible time with tech support from web.com. Our main site has been down for a day and a half now and they are "still working" on the problem. Ouch!

I also have sites hosted with verio.com and they seem to be very capable.

Has anyone else had problems with web.com and their tech support?

Hope it all works out. At least it sounds like you've had "some" contact with their support dept.?

Did you ask them what the problem was? It could be hardware failure, DDOS attack, etc.... One issue will take longer than the others. I hope you can get it resolved soon.
