My web host hostvelocity.com is out of reach. They were having problem for a last 2 weeks. My web site floridafishingpro.com is out of service, they don't answer email and of course their phone number is disconnected.
Has anyone info about this company? Unfortunately I have paid for six month in advance...

Irek....I think theyve had severe server problems the last month or so
Hopefully they are refunding some of their clients....Im not sure how long youve been a client, but most hosts do offer some sort of guarantee...however you have to consult their terms of service and see whats stated.
If theyve just totally disappeared without word or warning then you might try contacting your CC issuing bank, and explain you havent received services that you paid for....a chargeback can be done. Here are some other comments about their current situation.

Thank you Martie for very useful reply. After a week of waiting I received today short reply from hostvelocity. No explanation, only a link to their main page where some comment should be posted. Their WS is on line now (my is not), but link with "Message to Customers" is blind. I'll check your links and wait a some more. Hopefully they will pull it all together.
