2 local entrepreneurs have limited vaccine for livelihood threatening virus!

Local business owners are threatened that the increasing use of the internet is affecting their future, and many self-employed individuals say they feel disadvantaged about not having a website as a result of the spiralling costs of web design and promotion. As a result, many local internet users feel this limits the choices of local businesses available to them to those that can afford these costs.
