I was wondering, what were some of the technics you have used to bring incourage clients to come with you?

Search engines are number one on my list. then you have to look at what you are trying to target as for clients. Like if you are hosting game servers for clients, you would advertise on some game servers, or for general hosting take a look at advertise on web host search engines. Good question none-the-less I think this is a "new" hosting companys hardest part. Also be ready to implement patience. It sure is a virtue!

Contact local non-profit groups in your area and offer your hosting services for free (or any other services)... In exchange they have a statement on their website stating you are a sponser-- this will generate site popularity on search engines and builds your presence in the community. Some of my best clients have come from this method!

Promote promote pomote! As many different places as you can really, the more the better. Persistence is the key, keep at it and it will happen theres no quick answer.
