CFDynamics, a ColdFusion web host, today announced their sponsorship of the eighth annual CFUNITED Conference. The conference will be held just outside Washington DC from June 28-July 1.

This conference is the only one of its kind that is run by developers, for developers. CFUNITED, started by TeraTech in 1999, is a conference that unites the ColdFusion and web development communities.

“CFDynamics has invested a lot of energy and effort into making the conference successful,” said Jason Egan, Vice President of Customer Relations for CFDynamics. “Our sponsorship is a great way to show our support for the ColdFusion community.”

According to the company, the conference has undergone major changes in the last couple of years. For one thing, it has grown and attracts professionals from the corporate and government sectors. The conference is now held during the week to allow more industry professionals to attend. The conference is full of seminars, educational meetings and vendors showing off their products.

“We want to let others in the community know that we’re not just attending the conference as a vendor, but to support the ColdFusion community,” Egan said.
