It's truly tragic what has happened in NY today. I don't know how many of you have heard, but if you haven't turn on your TV. A major terrorist (that's what they are reporting) attack has happened, and it sounds like a lot of devastation as a result.

My thoughts and prayers are with the people of New York - I wish there was something that I could do to help.

I know I'm watching it right now on CNN. The second world trade center tower has just collapsed! The Pentagon is in flames, and the State Dept has been car bombed...

I just heard that 50 000 people work in the world trade center.

oh man, the twins are down, the Pentagon is hurt, searching for the minister of defense, one playing hijacked and in the air, oh man... what a mess...

over 25,000 people killed and god knows how many are hurt...

There will be emergency blood donor clinics set up and I plan to give blood as soon as I can. I suggest that you all consider doing the same. Here's why I think it will be very important:

- The WTC can actually have upwards of 100,000+ people in it at any given time.

- There have been five planes confirmed to have crashed - all reported linked to this

I think that they will need any support they can get in this manner.

Did you guys hear about that one passenger who was on the plane who ran and locked himself into the bathroom and was screaming into his cell phone trying to tell someone and get help that the plane is being hijacked but no one believed him?

Today, is truly a sad day.

May God bless all our souls.... except those responsible for this....

Here at webhostdir we would like offer our condolences to
the families, victims, and to all who have been affected by this horrible tragedy.

The attacks were truly despicable and those responsible must be brought to justice. Terrorist activities as a means to further political, religious or ideological gains can never be condoned. Our thoughts today are with those in the United States of America.

I was a couple of blocks away from WTC when it happened. It was freaky and sur-real.

Oh Yah, i forgot you live in NY.....yikes

Maybe they should have air police now with at least two officers or something on planes these days.
Amanda
You were the first one that I thought of when I watched it on the news Tuesday morning. I noticed before that you are from NY. That must have been some experience - one that you wouldn't want to repeat any time soon for sure.

I hope you and all your family are ok and will get through this.

Amanda.

I'm OK and so is my family. But an associate is missing. He was in tower #2, should have left before the second plane impact. But we beeped him and he hasn't responded and no word from him since them. I fear the worst.
