Something like 100 gigas/month for example.

What is your budget? Do you need WINDOWS or LINUX?

Check Webintellects and AppoloHosting. Both offer VPS. I can however say nothing about their VPS services. I've read some good reviews but I never used them.

You want a "competent VPS host that doesn't charge too much for large traffic? Something like 100 gigas/month"? I suppose that depends on what you concider "competent" & "Cheap". What is your budget. I don't mean to be unfair to anyone, but depending on your answers, are you also looking for a host that has any support and do you expect your site to be up at all? A "competent" host has expenses and won't give anything away for free. If you want "competent", you'll need to pay for it. Don't forget the old saying, you get what you pay for.

I think you may want to have a dedi server instead of VPS. You may have CPU load issue down the road because you are sharing with the other VPS clients.

Most VPS hosting plans offer you more than 100GB bandwidth a month.

What you have to consider is if you want it managed or not.

You will be looking at $40-60/Mo range.
