my website
www.nlong.com.cn could not be opened in foreign country except in my country.I had changed webhosting for twice.
Now some forum said it also cannot be displayed.
Is the domain name is banned by foreign country.
I really do not know.
How can i do ?

Albert
That's not your domain banned by foreign country, it's your IP banned by foreign country.
To avoid this problem, I suggest you to get your new hosting company from oversea hosting company.
If you need any help, please let me know.
I ditto that. Also, if you want to be extra safe, get yourself a hosting package with your private IP address, this way you'll be safe when other people spam, and get the shared IP blacklisted.
Hope it helps.

Probably the server's IP (where your site was hosted) was banned. You need a new host. I suggest you not to go with hosting companies that spam. Unfortunately a lot of them do it.

If you like your current host, get yourself a private IP address. this is the easiest solution, otherwise, jump...

Yes, that's true. Get yourself a dedicated IP, but you will need to pay extra cost for the IP each month.
To save your money, I suggest you to find a better hosting company which doesn't allow SPAM.
That's two options for you to choose, but you are the one who is making the final decision. Good luck.

Yes I've seen this before, a new IP, or a new host should fix it
