I hosted with this hosting provider since the days of Mike Chen and the company was later bought over
Dale W.
On and off I had disruptions but the latest one is well over a week now.

AND I do not get support ticket reply
AND they say billing/ account suspended etc !!!

Anyone with similar experience?
They send an email some 2 weeks ago during another downtime to say they had
some "denial of service attack" or similar - I wonder it is just the same thing but more
serious only.

Can anyone help or comment?

Sorry for your ordeal. The onlt thing I would know to do is see if you can possibly contact them by phone or if they have an alternate email for support or something similar.

Im not familiar with the company but from the sounds of their name the one thing I could HIGHLY recommend doing is to carefully check ALL their terms on what they consider "lifetime"

There are many horror stories I've run across in various forums, etc. on many people whom got "burned" over a lifetime deal!

From a personal view that much downtime over a week, with no communication from your host is a major RED FLAG and I would be looking elsewhere.

When companies are purchased by other companies, existing customers of the company have this kind of risk by getting no response from company. I would also recommend you to select a company that has been in business in more than 4 years and have positive customer comments.

i am having similar trouble also they claim i went over limit of what i doint know but they suspended me with out and email .and i aksed why hasnt my server send and email to let me know i was going over so i could clean out files ... or pay a 30 dollar fee for more bandwitdh ..but they took the site down and then said they want 300 dollars more..read the terms ..but they would take 100..if i sent it in 24 hours ..and when i requested to get access to my c panel to see the stats where i went over .....i havent gotten a response..and my site is still down so i sent another email and told them i want access to my files i am moving them to another server and they have yet to respond..so i am going to look for a way to file a class action law suit against him..and send it out on the web and get others to join the site he took down got close to 2 million hits last year so he is distrupting my biz and my traffic as well as hold my personal property hostage which is 3 years of work and all my poems that i wrote ..i f any one wants to brain storm on this email me
