I want to start a forum and I need a recommendation on who would be a good host!!!

I want the site to resemble http://accordtuner.com/. I like the front page and the forum. What do I need to get started??

I would recommend vbulletin forum software but it is a paid one. If you are looking for a free software checkout phpBB.

Both need Linux web hosting with php and MySQL database support.

You will need graphic and css skills together with php in order to customize the look of the forum. I guess you may also find forum modifications on the internet as well.
