Deloitte & Touche LLP Issues Systrust Attestation Report For Security and Availability

This attestation adds to several other audits that ServerVault has successfully completed, including the recurring certification from Cybertrust.

The SysTrust assurance report is issued under guidance established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA). A SysTrust assurance examination, performed by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), measures a service provider's systems based on preestablished principles and criteria.

The Cybertrust Service Provider Certification is an industry-recognized information security certification program. To earn this distinction, ServerVault undergoes ongoing critical analysis and assessments of specific information security practices, assets and locations, which proves to our customers, partners and auditors that our mission-critical business systems, networks, applications and physical environments are protected against major threats.

Deloitte & Touche LLP Engaged As The Systrust Auditor
Only providers who demonstrate effective levels of control over their systems achieve the SysTrust standard. As part of its serious commitment to protect customer information and to ensure reliability of the ServerVault network and service-delivery platform, ServerVault engaged Deloitte & Touche LLP as the auditor to perform an evaluation of its adherence to the SysTrust principles of availability and security. SysTrust tests system availability during routine processing and maintenance and protection against unauthorized physical and logical access to data. Deloitte & Touche LLP issued the SysTrust report on ServerVault’s assertions that it maintained effective controls over the availability and security of ServerVault’s network and service-delivery platform during the examination.
