Online Banking Provider's Web and Creative Services Recognized for Outstanding Achievement in Web Site Development on Behalf of a Credit Union

The Web Marketing Association presents WebAwards on an annual basis to the best Web site designs from several industries. Digital Insight's Web site for its consumer Internet Banking client, Associated Credit Union (
www.acuonline.org), was recognized as the "Standard of Excellence" for design on behalf of a credit union.
More than 20 percent of Associated Credit Union's more than 145,000 members utilizes consumer Internet Banking to access a variety of consumer Internet Banking products and services from Digital Insight, including bill payment, check imaging and online statements.

Associated Credit Union is one of Digital Insight's first clients to use Web Center, a Web site management platform that gives non-technical staff at financial institutions real-time control over the content of the organization's Web presence. Web Center features a complete content management system with content editing and change workflows, including permission-driven controls to edit, review, preview and publish content. Web Center can also generate more than 30 detailed usage reports based on user behavior in the Web site. This user data guides improvements in Web site navigation and helps a financial institution develop more targeted and effective marketing messages.
