Was with Midphase for 3 months, had a nightmare of problems, cancelled service, now they won't refund me- even for my unused months!

site was down repeatedly (almost 18 hours total over 3 months), mail server down often, no straight answers, ignored service requests/calls, lied to... frankly Midphase could care less about the customer... now they won't even give me a refund. Spoke with the co-owner of the company. He just says that their TOS policy clearly states that they don't give refunds.

This is NOT right!

Anyone have any ideas?

If you paid by credit card, you might contact them to see if you have recourse there

You can always do a chargeback but I would try to get someone to talk to them and see if they can get answers. We may be able to help you just let us know free of charge

Contact the BBB regarding this company. This is the fourth complaint I've seen from an online forum for MidPhase.

I guess they really arn't to interested in your satisfaction. I am sure to hear that. I would contact the BBB and see if you can get anywhere.

Best of luck in the future! I guess you really do have to read the TOS!

If in their terms they have had a money back guarantee, you should have requested it then, the company is not responsible for pro-rated refunds, unless it is stated in the TOS/AUP, I mean you did agree to it!

Also, keep in mind that companies base a lot of projections based off the sales they make, this is why they have TOS/AUP's and Limited money back guarantee's etc.

Chargebacks won't do anything, because all they have to do is show the information. They aren't guarantee's to getting your money back.

Hope this gives you some insight.
