Hey, I had a reseller on Xternal-Host.com awhile ago, and then was hired to staff afterwards. Well, both owners were 12 years old. They had no idea what they are doing, and are overselling. There servers are slow, and they are only on a 1.5 MBPS connection. Well they took access from me, so I couldn't do my job then after they fired me because I wasn't helping. If I had no access or any priviliages how was that possible? When I did have access, I did help. Anyways right after firing me they deleted my reseller that I had before they even hired me. Anyways I bought a dedicated server and I am proud I did it. But if you are looking for hosting, don't buy from Xternal-Host. I can truely see your site getting deleted if you do, as well as I did and same with 1 of my clients.

Yes they are 12. If they were 12 and mature and knew what they were doing that would be a different story. But they could care less about their customers, and don't have good support either.

I mean, If they were 12 with quality hosting and knew what they were doing that would be different. But they take forever to respond either that or dont respond and their servers are on a 1.5 MBps connection. Which totally blows.
