I happened to buy a package from turnkeyinternetprofits.com(site run by Lo Benedict) and along with that i got a hosting package.

After uploading my website i had some issues to get the scripts to work( some permission issues from the server).

They do not have any phone # mentioned on the website, their system dosent allow to submit a support ticket from the control panel, the only contact i have is the email address on the sales page of their website.

I have sent like 4 mails and its about a week now i havent received any response.

People in this forum any help/advice in this regard is appreciated.

Find a new host and move on. If the host does not respond and you have no contact information, there is not much you can do.

Two things you can do to figure what the issues are:

Check if their hosting has all requirements of the script you installed. I've seen that some free hostings only comes with a basic package (no PHP, ASP, MySQL).

Or,

If you have the requirements for the scripts. I guess it's only a directory permission. You can change it from the control panel (file manager).

My only two cents

If you care about support... i would sugest you change your hosting company...

Thank you for your replies. I am planning to move to a different web host. I am looking for webhost with 100-500 mb space, 2-5 GB bandwidth, 100 email accounts, autoresponders, forwarders, mailing list, capability to install blog/forum/directory, linux hosting is fine. Any advice regarding this is appreciated.

Have you still received no reply? I think you will be fine with whoever you go with just make sure to test their support before trying them, pretend to be a client and test their live cat, phone, or even email system. Also search forums for reviews, good tip

Try a WHOIS Look-up on the domain. It will often reveal contact information for the domain and company owner. They might be quite surprised you've tracked them down.

You must look for another host too.. Which is more reliable and contactable as there is so many hosts are providing phone support, Live chat, emails, tickets system. Like www.jodohost.com They are also providing 7 days trial. So that you can try their services, before actually you buy the same.
