Price Cost and Effectivness 91%
It is free, or if you want to purchase the hosting it is actually quite cheap.
Reliability - N/A I can't say since I have only been with these guys for a couple days. Right now it would be at 100%
Control Panel - 50%
Since they are new I can't really complain about this. You can change your password, or cancel your acount via the control panel. (I think they should put all your infomation that you recieve in the email in here)
Customer Service - 95%
They have excellent customer service even for people that aren't paying a cent for the hosting. I sent a email for help and I recieved a reply within that day, which is more than I expected.
OVERALL RATING - 90%
If anyone is looking for free webhosting this is defenitly the place to go, the only place that I found that had everything I want, no ads, and 100 megs.
