I have to concur. We are a reseller w/ about 70 sites, been at existhosting for about 2 years. We should have left earlier - but we're sure leaving now. I suspect they're seriously understaffed.

They have terrible tech support, don't answer phone messages (you can't actually talk to a human being unless you are an unknown caller to sales), very rarely answer emails.

Down from time to time, this time, have been down for 2 days so far.

They use hsphere control which is too complex for newbies.

They've added a faq which helps a little, but not much.

I can't recommend them at all.
