That might be hard to find since free hosting usually requires advertising of banners or popups. You could try to look around at freewebspace.net.
They have listings of free providers.

You might be able to find a couple, try google.

I won't recommend a free hosting though, but I found this one offers no ads.

Free hosting is good for personal use with a small amount of diskspace and bandwidth. If you are looking to expand your site for general public use, I would recommend to buy a domain name and use a paid hosting.

My only two cents

Finding a good, free webhost with no ads is kind of pushing it! Their only real incentive is that some of your visitors go to their homepage and click on some Adsense. If you truly want flexibility and no ads you should probably try and find a cheap host. There are a few out there that are like a buck a month.

I've seen some people using dhost.info lately and it looks pretty good.
