Check their package5, its $0.01/mo meaning that the cheapest hosting is 12 cents a year! I guess I found something cheaper than you!

Honestly, I would never trust a company selling for that cheap.

Looking at their packages, it would make sense if they offer $3 plan/yr because it only gives you 10MB diskspace and 150MB bandwidth.

as your site grows and needs more bandwidth, you need to upgrade to the higher package. Then, you will see that many other hostings can beat their prices.

There is no way you pay $0.01/mo through credit card. The merchant account transaction fee is more than that. How can it be?

Something has to be wrong there. Stay far away from companies who say they can offer that for a year. Thats not possible if they have many clients. Most likely they are a reseller.

It's one of those "too good to be true" hosts.
