Of course I tried to contact them, but they never answer emails. Just try to go to frandt.com, and you will understand. The whole site is down and I don't know what happened. Anyway, I'll just have to find another hosting now, that's good at least that I have backed up all my site files :-)
Stay away from FRandT! FRandT is owned by a person with very little to no integrity. The owner/operator of FRandT has been suspected of credit card fraud. FRandT fails to deliver! All the garbage on their Web is just that, "GARBAGE". WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET. Remeber anyone can create a delusion on the World Wide Web, and in this case this statement is applicable! Go to GOOGLE and see what this lunatic has posted about Bill Gates, funny thing! how may one contact FRandT via telephone when FRandT phone/landline numbers have been out of service for several months! I am glad now I didn't paid them, I had a free trial account at frandt and I was going to pay to increase bandwidth limit... and also it seemed strange to me that they requested your credit card and took $1, they told it was just to keep them out of spammers... Well now I have moved to ehostpros, they have a very good customer support, but the cpanel lacks some advanced features...
Advice to those who had used FRandT’s services, thoroughly reviewed your previous credit card statements? If you suspect that you may have been a victim of Credit Card or Bank Cash Card fraud and had any associations with FRandT? Please contact this e-mail @ crime_prevention_2005@yahoo.com.

I'm a paying customer (or, should I say, was) of FRandT, I have my own domain, etc. However, they've been down for the last WEEK! Are they out of business? If they don't fix their problem, I'm going to have to switch to a different web hosting company.
I just read where the CEO/President of FRandT tried to pass himself off as an Attorney, giving out legal advice. Also, one of the many AKA @ FRandT posted a ranting delusional editorial that the CEO/President Mike Wells claiming to have heard from a close relative of Bill Gates, and FRandT was a victim of an conspiracy plot to be carried out by Microsoft. Funny thing FRandT's phones are not connected and from reading the many postings and blogs has not been connected for many, many months. Mr. Mike Wells CEO/President if you were ever a Boy Scout you sure did fail to adhere to the Scout Laws, Scout Oath (Promise) and Scout Slogan!
