Seeems every place that registers domain names I can find ie godaddy.com even networksolutions.com offering web hosting I dont want customers to register a domain and then just decide go with their hosting. I mean godaddy.com offer $4 month hosting

Yes, lots of them do web hosting now as well. I havent looked into what they all offer but I do know sometime ago you would have to purchase additional things that would normally come standard with regular web hosting companies. I also havent heard great feedback about clients receiving good support so I guess its a gamble either way for the client.

We register our domains through bulkregister.com.
Its been about 5 years and absolutely no trouble at all. They do NOT offer web hosting.
