Hello! Do you think it is possible to find good enough free webhost or it is preferable to search for any paid service if you have funds?
nemogho
nemogho is a non-profit group and we always try to have it cost the least amount possible.

Hi,
Just thought I would drop a note here. It would be great if you find a free host, but in my opinion you should be trying to find a host which provides cheap hosting and go gimmicks or hidden prices to save your search time and effort.

Checkout this link for some of the tips to avoid gimmicks and scam plans

Following link would also help you choose a plan that is right for your needs

Hope it helps!

I suggest you look for a low cost web hosting company. Free offers actually have a lot of hidden prices that you would know only after getting into them.

If you are just learning to make sites or have a small hobby site then free is fine. However, if you have a larger site or a business site then definitely go for paid hosting. It will save you a lot of downtime and headaches

I agree with the previous replies. Furthermore, from our previous experiences, free hosts "Cost" you much in terms of your corporate image when trying to host your web site on a free host instead of a paid host...

Also, free hosts generally place a popup or banner on your site which is mostly annoying for your visitors...

Try to find a budget hosting if your financial resources are not enough to host your site at a reputable company. Because of the extreme competition in the hosting market, most companies offer budget hosting plans for startup web sites.

Unless free site is supported by advertisements, be carefull while signing up as nothing comes for free in this world.

Please read the fine prints carefully before signing up for the free hosts. Usually there are hidden costs that you should watch out for, some of the things you should take care of are:
1. You have control over your domain name
2. Fine prints does not make you for pay for something that you did not read in the fine prints.
Usually, it is good idea to find a low cost hosting plan than trying to get a free ad free plan.

Good Luck
