Everybody shall be warned of the follwing company: 1T3 hosting.

They are making cheap offers with 1000MB storage and unmetered bandwidth, but the whole things is just a steeling-your-money setup.

Servers frequently down (not hours but DAYS!!!). Support not existant. If you go to their web site, everything is easy to register, but when you fell into the trap, you have no chance to reach this one man show. No address, no telephone number, no e-mail. You can try through support but never get an answer.

You cannot get your money back as the guy is hiding, money collected from another source..

If you wonder why their own website is always up, that is easily explained: Someone else is hosting it for them or they have the only server working reserved for themselfes to lure in customers.

Bandwidth is a joke. Onec you reach a certain volume, they just cut you off.

Check the net for earlier comments about this thief! I unfortunately didn't.

When all else fails as far as trying to contact the host you might try contacting your CC issuing bank (this is assuming you paid by credit card)
If you happen to be within any time frame for a money back guarantee you can do a "chargeback" for services not rendered.
The client ends up with their money back and the actual host would be charged a chargeback fee (usually a minimum of $25) that they would have to pay.

I have 3 domain names registered with 1t3.com and now all of the sites are down and I have no FTP access to any of them but i do have the owners name and postal address he lives in BC Canada ( when I registered my first domain with him in 2002 I had to sent a postal order to his home address) unfortunitally I live in Ireland and it would not be worth my while trying to sue him but if anyone wants his name and address feel free to contact me

Yeah, contact your credit card company, that is the only way to get your money back. If you paid through PayPal, they may even let you have their registered address, if that is possible, I would report them to the Better Business Bureau.
