Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone had stumbled on a hosting company that would both enable the use of SQL Server / Dotnetnuke but also be outside of the jurisdiction of the united states or countries that would cosy up to them i.e so the recent Rackspace issue is less likely to happen to me.
If anyone is even able to provide a list of countries that fall into this category that would certainly give me a good starting point.
Many thanks in advance for your help.

To sort of answer my own question - www.gigalaw.com which I found from this site was quite useful. It is however quite difficult to know how individual countries will respond to US requests for information (no prizes for guessing how the UK handles them however!)
I'm thinking in this case about hosting on an Iranian server (www.ouriran.com)
as, being next on Bush's 'countries to invade list', they wont be too forthcoming to request from the US government in this area one would hope.
For anyone picking up this thread however, I would certainly speak to the provider before signing up for anything as sometimes they will act independantly of their respective government.
If anyone has any further suggestions though they would certainly be welcome.

Have you ever been to Hong Kong ?
