Help!!!, Been browsing the web for the entire day, How do I evaluate all websites and identify who are the Top hosters? Any suggestion?

I have been into webhosting.info, netcraft for information but doesn't really help. anymore similar website?

Please please plese help, I need the top 30 in Australia.

I just found this site, www.reliable-cheap-web-hosting.com . The name sounds good , and is useful. I think I will use their top 3, but do you have other suggestions??
