My OS is degradingand I have about 1 week before it's completely degraded. I can't re-install windows and I don't have a disk or system doctor. Any sugestions?

Fix up the registry:
Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Information
Once opened, click on Tools > Registry Checker....there are also a ton of other good fix-it utilities in there, so go nuts!
